Shipping Information

Orders received prior to 12pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Any orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day {holidays excluded}. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on backorder.

{During the COVID-19 pandemic, please be patient with our shipping times as they may vary from our normal, we may not get it out same day, but we are working our hardest to get your package out as soon as possible. Please let us know if you would rather a curb side pick up instead.}

We do not ship internationally at this time.

 For purchases $100 or more, shipping is FREE.

Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, feel free to send it back to us. Our return policy is the same online as it is in store. Items are only eligible for return if:

All items are unworn, show no signs of damage, free of odor, and original tags are still attached.
Items are received within 15 days of original date of purchase.

To return an item, please fill out the return form that was included in your order and attach it to the outside of the package. Mail it to:

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only.   If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return the item, as it will be forfeited and not returned to you.  


We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We suggest mailing USPS, UPS, or FedEx, along with a tracking number. 

Once we receive your items we will issue you store credit for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Your store credit does not expire and will be given to you in the form of a Gift Card number which you can use in store or online at checkout. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to contact us at 864.671.5023.
