Shipping and Order Information
Orders received prior to 12pm EST Monday-Friday will be shipped same day. Any orders received after 12pm EST will be shipped the next business day {holidays excluded}. We will contact you within 24 hours if the item you ordered is sold out or on backorder.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours, items will not be held longer than a 24 hour period.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
For purchases $100 or more, shipping is FREE.
Return Policy
All Sales Items are Final. Any item purchased at retail price can be returned for store credit only.
We hope you love your purchase but if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, feel free to send it back to us for a store credit. Our return policy is the same online as it is in store. Items are only eligible for return if:
All items are unworn, show no signs of damage, free of odor, and original tags are still attached.
Items are received within 15 days of original date of purchase.
To return an item, please fill out the return form that was included in your order and attach it to the outside of the package. Mail it to:

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return the item, as it will be forfeited and not returned to you.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We suggest mailing USPS, UPS, or FedEx, along with a tracking number.
Once we receive your items we will issue you store credit for the price of the item and applicable tax. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your store credit expires a year from date issued and will be given to you in the form of a Gift Card number which you can use in store or online at checkout. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to contact us at 864.671.5023.
